I spearheaded the creative strategy and concept development for a 15-second internal engagement spot to inspire employees to convert to T-Mobile through a free line offer.
Ideation and Conceptualization: Delivered a high-level creative brief, on-brand messaging framework, and visual lookbook to align with T-Mobile’s internal culture and strategic partnerships.
Cost-Efficient Approach: Utilize internal technology, AI voiceover, stock footage, and a mix of royalty-free and licensed music to minimize production costs without compromising quality.
Strategic Narrative Development: Crafted the message flow and first-draft voiceover copy, ensuring the concept would resonate with employees and integrate seamlessly into the broader CRM engagement strategy.
Resource Planning: Outlined a scalable production roadmap, including resource allocation for a copywriter, editor, and visual designer, with a streamlined three-week timeline and built-in contingencies.
Although the project did not move beyond the creative brief stage, it exemplifies my ability to craft actionable, resource-savvy strategies that align with brand objectives and motivate internal audiences.
