Voices of Mental Health,
“Surviving Survival”
Role: Creative Producer
I developed and orchestrated the production of an internal video series aimed at de-stigmatizing mental health and activating company resources to inspire harmony and support.
Creative Vision and Buy-In: Conceptualized the video series and rallied support from 19 senior team members to champion various production phases, from ideation to execution.
Audience-Centric Content Strategy: Conducted an employee poll to shape the series narrative, refine episode story arcs, develop an interview framework, and identify compelling guest speakers.
Hybrid Production Execution: Organized and managed a one-day hybrid shoot, with an in-person production crew and guest interviews conducted remotely by a professional interviewer.
Production Collaboration: Partnered with the director to oversee equipment usage, staging adjustments, camera operation, lighting, gaffing, recording, and talent management.
Post-Production Leadership: Directed a week-long post-production process, guiding an editor, VFX artist, and audio engineer through three iterative review sessions with the core team to deliver a polished final product.
ERG Pilot Debut: Coordinated with the Mental Wellness Employee Resource Group to debut the pilot episode, organizing a Q&A session featuring the production team and guest speaker to foster open dialogue and engagement.
Comprehensive Documentation: Created key artifacts, including a concept deck, production plan, creative briefs, employee polls, communications copy and blasts, storyboards, and budget estimates, ensuring alignment across all phases.
This project is a testament to my ability to blend creative resilience and thoughtful storytelling, delivering meaningful content that sparks dialogue and connection even within constrained resources.
